Pleasance Farm B&B drawing roomTamarind and Ian would like to welcome you to Pleasance Farm Bed and Breakfast. The farmhouse, parts of which date from the 18th Century, is set within the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, on a 460 acre working farm. We grow a mixture of arable crops, including wheat, barley and oilseed rape as well as rearing Hereford cattle. We also have a friendly brood of hens that provide us with a plentiful supply of free range eggs, which we use for our breakfasts, and homemade cakes.

Your stay with us is guaranteed to be secluded, quiet, peaceful and authentic yet still be within walking distance of Kenilworth and a short drive from popular tourist spots such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, the Cotswolds and Birmingham.

Pleasance Farm B&B gardensFor business travellers, Birmingham Airport, the the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and Stoneleigh Park are all within a 20 minute drive.

The farm itself was originally part of the Kenilworth Castle estate until the early 20th Century and the remains of the pleasure gardens can still be seen today, in the field adjacent to the house, aptly named ‘The Pleasance‘.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a fresh pot of tea and homemade cake, served in the Drawing Room, where you can sit and enjoy the views across The Pleasance.

Pleasance Farm B&B attic roomOur farmhouse contains 3 large, en-suite guest bedrooms, guest lounge and guest breakfast room.

Our breakfasts are legendary. Locally sourced where possible, we can cater for all tastes and appetites offering a range of cereals – including home-made granola – freshly squeezed juices, homemade bread and yogurt and, of course, a Full English, with everything in between.

The Farm lies just half a mile north-west of Kenilworth, Warwickshire (West Midlands). Arriving from the south, through the ancient quarter of Kenilworth, past the castle, you will turn off the main road onto Chase Lane and will immediately get a feel for our location with rolling countryside and stunning views – coming down our driveway, the farmhouse is nestled in a shallow valley with the castle beyond.

Pleasance Farm B&B entranceYou would never know that you are only a 20 minute walk from Kenilworth’s eclectic town centre with its mix of traditional pubs, independent restaurants and boutique shops.

We are perfectly situated to cater for every visitor – business or leisure – and we look forward to welcoming you into our home.
